"Comfortable tools, even when I'm in a hurry"
I ordered from Wiha and have been using the tools for quick little repair jobs around the house. The handles feel really comfortable, especially when I’m rushing to get something fixed and don’t want to fuss with awkward tools. My wrist doesn’t get tired as fast, and the grip is solid without feeling slippery. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"My order took way longer to arrive than..."
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to check on it myself, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I get that delays happen, but when there’s no clear communication, it makes you feel kind of left in the dark. For me, it was a reminder that good updates matter almost as much as the shipping itself. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Pretty good tools, I think?"
The prices seem fair to me, and the tools feel like they’re worth what you pay. They’re definitely not the cheapest, which had me second-guessing a bit at first, but overall the value seems good.

"Gooood tools, but stock can be hit or miss"
They’ve got a solid selection of Wiha tools, and it’s easy enough to find what you’re looking for. My only thing is that a few items I wanted were out of stock or didn’t come in the sizes I needed, which was a liiittle frustrating. Overall not bad at all, just kind of depends on the day, I guess.

"Took Way Too Long to Hear Back"
I reached out to customer service and waited days for a reply, actually, it felt like forever. I get that things can get busy, but the delay was really frustrating and left me unhappy with the experience.

"Solid tools, no regrets"
I bought these after checking back through my order email/receipt, and they’ve been great. The bits feel really solid and good quality, and after using them on a bunch of jobs, they’re still holding up well.

"Easy return and warranty help"
I had an issue with one of the tools, but the return was easy. Warranty support got back to me fast enough and handled it without turning it into a whole hassle. I’d definitely buy from wihatools.com again.
